“Five Tools” training had been successfully held by FLD
According to the company’s strategic plan, to improve the quality assurance ability of products and services, we held the IATF16949 five tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) training from 26th to 29th of May 2019. A total of 40 colleagues from the Quality department, R&D center, Production department and others had participated in the training.
Through the training, we have a more in-depth understanding of the purpose, principles, processes and methods of the five tools, and it will greatly enhance the evaluation of following products and processes, planning and management of the products and projects, to achieve the ability on standardization and continuous improvement of products and processes.
